Burak Kaan Taşer is the founder of BKT Hukuk & Danışmanlık. After completing his undergraduate law studies at İstanbul Aydın University Faculty of Law (2013–2018), he earned a master's degree (LL.M.) in International Trade Law at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom.

He has devoted his practice to the legal matters in Turkey of Turkish and German citizens living abroad — particularly in Germany. His working model is built on representing clients by power of attorney, without their needing to travel to Turkey, and on combining his knowledge of international trade law with cross-border inheritance, real estate and compensation cases.
